What are the terms of recovery or replacement ?

Payment of shipping fee to carrier.

The product must be returned within 7 days from the date of receiving .

The product must be in its original packaging, unused or damaged, with labels and stickers, to able to be sold again .

We do not allow the return of jewelry, underwear, swimming and cosmetics. We also apologize for the replacement or retrieval of foodstuffs for health reasons.

Can I return the product and refund ?

You can return the product and refund its price within 7 days of the receiving  of the product.

Can I return a product you bought with a coupon ?

If you use a coupon / voucher to purchase something from our website and you want to retrieve it, we will issue a new voucher / coupon for the refund amount.

Do I have to pay any expenses for the replacement product or refund ?

Definitely not! If there is something wrong with the product you received, we will try to test the products before sending them to you.

In case of replacement, you will be required to pay shipping charges to Kangaroo and your shipment from Kangaroo will be free to you if it is SR 5000 or more.

In case of refund, the shipping value will be calculated from you to Kangaroo and we will transfer the remaining amount without waiting too much.

What are the products that I can not easily replace or Retrieves?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make available the following health products:

  • Jewelry
  • Underwear, event wear and swimwear
  • Food products
  • Cosmetics, body Care and Perfumes

How can I replace the product or refund the amount ?

You may request a replacement for the product or return the money from the Kangaroo  website from  ( My Account )  at the top of the page. Select My Orders and choose the order and choose the desired products to be returned or replaced. You can also request that the product be returned by communicating with the Customer Service and Tracking or Call at: 00966558298316

If you have completed an application using a credit card, debit card, bank transfer or any other means approved by us, the value of what you paid directly will be refunded. Please note that it may take 7-14 days to appear on your bank statement.

If you have paid through the payment service upon receipt, please note that we are not able to return shipping costs or payment service costs upon receipt, because they belong to other companies or institutions, and we will refund the balance to you .

What are the steps after applying for replacement or retrieval ?

After requesting replacement or retrieval of the product from the Kangaroo site.

We will send your bill of lading to you, and then contact the shipping company, which will deliver the shipment to us from anywhere in the Kingdom. You can also go directly to a shipping company after printing your bill of lading from Kangaroo.

As soon as the shipment arrives to us, it will undergo a comprehensive inspection. If the product returns in non-refundable condition or is not suitable, the product is returned to you.

If the product has been thoroughly checked and accepted the terms of replacement and refund and has been accepted, the value of the shipment will be refunded to you within 14 days after receipt of the shipment by us and after the shipping charge has been deducted and we will work hard not to wait for you very much.

How can I cancel the order from Kangaroo before it is received ?

The most important thing for us in Kangaroo is to feel comfortable buying the products you want to buy already. If you want to cancel the purchase order, the rule is the faster you tell us, the better!

The cancellation of the order depends on whether the purchase order has been shipped or not. This usually takes 1-2 business days to try to cancel your purchase order as soon as possible.
